Elizabeth has been talking about posterization which I have never taken to much. But she has done some wonderful digital collages featuring posteriztion that had me ready to give it a whirl.
I used one of the Sophie Anderson portraits that Elizabeth had posted this week as the main subject ...obviously!!
The background is one of my canvases that I posterized a couple of times after some color tweaking. Then I duplicated the layer and fiddled with the layer style a bit. Finally added brush work and then type and another brush. And the end!
Be SURE to click it to get all the color of the background.

Posterization is FUN!
I will now start using it more.
