Found Memories Art

Being the further misadventures of an artist, her camera, some rotating art supplies, and a mind that wanders and roams while her feet stay pretty much in the same place (unfortunately)!
Found Memories Art is where you'll find a little something about collage, mixed media, and photos. Maybe a bit of life here in an old log cabin in the woods thrown in for fun.
Just a hint: click on the pics to see them better!

Counting up my pennies

Literally.

I keep all the change from when we go shopping, and put it in a savings account.

Now I'm getting sick of all the problems I've been having with my newish pc.

This morning it had the nerve to just shut down to do some random update. This was while I was in the middle of doing something! I've been given warnings before and pop up messages about this and that from my pc, but this was crazy. Made me furious.

So anybody switch from pc to imac and wanna say good words about the experience?

At the risk of seeming like the kid in class who answers the question to tell you what she didn't do: have only owned macs. They have their problems too, but not as many as pcs. The shift should be fairly easy since the mac is user friendly.

I've used some PCs (various) and Macs (various) and must say the Macs top PCs in many ways--but not their cost, and their persistence in upgrading and hence making their product obsolete.

But if you don't mind buying a new machine every 3-5 years, I highly recommend the Macbook (15" or 17" screen). Far fewer crashes, fewer virus threats, easy handling, good storage, etc.

I've decided to go with an iMac after a lot of research. Just too much going on with the pc right now. What a hassle to change all my programs tho!
And I always upgraded my pcs every few years anyway, Ontheroad!Had to it seemed with all the changes windows keeps coming up with. Not to mention crashes and all.
